Payment Structure
The total project price is $4,200 USD.
This listing is for the 70% deposit of $2,940 USD required to begin the project. The remaining 30% balance of $1,260 USD will be due once the ring is completed and prior to final shipment.
Once the deposit is received, we will begin the custom jewelry-making process. We will keep you updated throughout the project as the ring progresses through our studio.
Estimated production time is approximately 5-7 weeks. Once the ring is completed and the final balance has been received, it will be shipped via FedEx Express.
Custom Order Policy
As this engagement ring is being individually created and customized specifically for you, the deposit and completed custom ring are non-refundable, and the ring is not eligible for return or exchange.
By purchasing this private listing, you are confirming the custom project specifications and authorizing us to begin production.

Processing Time
- Ready-to-ship items: Usually ship within 2–4 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Made-to-order or bespoke pieces: Please allow 3-6 weeks for production unless otherwise stated on the product page. Each jewel is crafted individually and may require additional time during busy periods.

- Mexico & Canada: FedEx International or DHL Express (3–7 business days).
