Return and Refund Policy

Final Sales: All items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable. We encourage customers to review their order carefully before finalizing their purchase.

On Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Refunds are not available for sale items unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Broken Tags and Hair Accessories: Due to hygiene reasons, items such as hair accessories and products with broken tags are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process: If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@boitelaque.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories, certificates, or documentation that came with the product.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund and Store Credit: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase price (excluding any shipping fees) for eligible returns. Store credits can be used towards future purchases on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a store credit and place a new order for the desired item.
