Our bobby pins will not fade or oxidize if you use them with proper care. Try not to wear these pins under direct water contact like in swimming pools or under shower. We use top-quality 14k gold plating on these dainty bobby pins, so they will not oxidize with air contact. It can lose its shine when in contact with certain chemicals. Keep them in an air-tight box when not in use.
Can I get a replacement if the crystals fall out?
We craft each piece with high-quality workmanship to ensure its durability. The crystals won’t fall out even if handled roughly. However, it is normal for the crystals to wear out with time. So, we do not offer a replacement in that case.
Can we get crystal colors customized?
Yes, of course! We can customize the dainty 14k gold plated bobby pins in any color of the crystals you like. Contact our team to discuss your specific requirements.
How long will it take to deliver the pins?
We ship the products within 24 hours of the receipt of your order. It usually takes 5-7 business days to get delivered. In case there is a delay in the order, we will inform you in advance.
