Vintage and select fine jewelry will ship within 7 business days after payment is received. If shipping is delayed, we will contact you immediately.
Please note that some fine jewelry may require up to 2 weeks for shipment -- each BOÎTE LAQUE Exclusive piece is made to order and requires a longer period of production time.
Domestic Shipping |
All orders are fulfilled by the United States Postal Service (USPS). For an alternative carrier or express shipping, please contact us.
International Shipping |
We are able to ship to most countries through USPS. However, due to customs, we are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages once they are in international transit.
RETURNS |
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, and kindly ask that all items be in the same condition and packaging as arrival. All sale items are final sale unless otherwise noted.
BOÎTE LAQUE is not liable for any damaged or lost packages during the return process. Once the package is received and inspected, we will process the return through its original payment method.
